I personally prefer the Asus board.

I do not recommend Asus mobos based on my 20 years of building high end PCs because they are RAM sensitive and sometimes unreliable IME. I'd recommend a Gigabyte mobo as the best performing and stable mobo.

Both boards are good. Our Intel® Desktop board are rock solid but they arent the best gaming boards. Asus does build good boards too. I have used the DH67CL which is the ATX version of the board Intel you are looking at and I just built a system for my cousin with the Asus P8Z68-M Pro which is very close to the one you have there and it worked out very well for her.
