Not sure where this would go but I think it might be a problem with my storage. I downloaded windows 7 onto my computer, made the iso file, extracted it onto my external hard drive but when I try to run it off my other computer, it says "missing NTLDR, press ctrl+alt+delete to restart". I've read up a lot and couldn't find anything. Can anyone help me? No idea what this means, and it's worked before

OS is tied with the hardware especially mobo.. is the other comp had the same hardware spec (mobo) with yours ?

Sorry, should have made it more clear. I downloaded the ISO of windows 7 and no, it doesn't have the same computer parts or motherboard. However, it's a completely different windows 7 download, not the one that I have installed on my computer so I don't see this being an issue

I have same case with dual boot Ubuntu & Win7 and solved with Boot Repair Disk. You can download it from here http://sourceforge.net/projects/boot-repair-cd/
