I have installed Windows XP w SP2. I have an nForce 3 250 GB motherboard, with the nForce firewall enabled, Windows firewall is disabled.

When I surf the Internet I will get a message beneath the URL saying popups blocked and/or cannot download file without clicking on the message. I don't have any additional plugins for IE except what has come in the latest update. Is this a feature of Windows, or is this my Firewall looking out for me?

Just wondering.

sp2 added activex and popup blocking that sofar work fairly well. That is about the only reason I updated my desktop machine to sp2, lol.
