well yasir jani voltage is constant in all suppllies (12volts) u should more worry about the amperes
(voltage x amperes = watts) so since volts are constant amperes should be high to get more watts

power requirements for any gfx card can be easily found on manufacturer's site (if i want to find requirements of lets say " inno3d 9800gtx" i'll goto inno3d.com and find that piece of sh*t )

we'll be able to help u more if u tell us ur pc specs and what card u r going to buy?
