Replacing motherboard with bigger one

Hi. I have a working pc and my friend has given me a pci-e nvidia 8800 to replace my old card that I no longer have, but it's too big to fit into my current motherboard. It coves over my harddrive sata slots, so I can't use it! I'd like to upgrade my motherboard to a bigger one to make room, and everything else is fine as it is for now. My case is a lot bigger than my motherboard. But I don't know much about motherboards so want to get one compatable with my processor etc.

Could you suggest a motherboard which will be compatable with my stuff and bigger in size? For gaming. Ideally with on-board sound and networking. An on-board graphics chip would also be nice, as I've found them invaluable backups when the big boy cards stop working.

Here are my specs.
Motherboard Name Biostar GF7050V-M7
CPU Sockets/Slots 1 LGA775
RAM Slots 2 DDR2 DIMM
Form Factor Micro ATX
Motherboard Size 190 mm x 240 mm
Motherboard Chipset nForce7050-610i
CPU Type QuadCore Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, 2400 MHz (9 x 267)
Video Adapter nVIDIA GeForce 7050 (my onboard, it sucks)
4GB ram
Windows 7 64-bit

Thank you and let me know if you need any more information
