ASUS, MSI, HIS, Sapphire, XFX and etc not in any particular order. The actual GPU is made either by ATI or Nvidia. Most manufacturers use similar boards and cooling solutions. There is a different bundles with cards and factory overclocked cards tend to come with better coolers.

I should of listened first as i just returned a visiontek HD4650 for problem with fan surging and choppy video.
