Hello,
I just installed a Gigabyte motherboard model GA-880GM-D2H with new power supply. All appears to be connected properly, but will not power up. Any suggestions?

If the board is used, try changing the CMOS battery on the board. When it dies, you can't boot.
You didn't forget to plug in the 4 pin CPU power cable, did you? Front panel connections correct polarity? White and black are usually (-) when paired with other colors.
Check that nothing is grounding the board... like an unused standoff under the board, I/O shield finger sticking in a port...
