GA-PA65-UD3-B3 vs. BLKDH67CL - which is better?

Hi All
I am going to order a new PC and the only question I have left is the motherboard: Intel BLKDH67CL or Gigabyte GA-PA65-UD3-B3.
The CPU is going to be Intel i5 (2500, 3.3GHz, 1155) and I am not planning to do OC.
These two are about the same price for me, so the price here is not an issue.
I will use 2x4GB DDR3 1333 RAM, SATA storage interface, and will have a separate screen adapter.
Please let me know what you think and why.

While I am a fan of Gigabyte boards, the Gigabyte GA-PA65-UD3-B3 is a discontinued board. That doesn't make it bad, just questionable. The Intel board is available at retailers and is linked below. You can check out the owner's reviews and the specs there.
