GA-PA65-UD3-B3 vs. BLKDH67CL - which is better?

Hi All
I am going to order a new PC and the only question I have left is the motherboard: Intel BLKDH67CL or Gigabyte GA-PA65-UD3-B3.
The CPU is going to be Intel i5 (2500, 3.3GHz, 1155) and I am not planning to do OC.
These two are about the same price for me, so the price here is not an issue.
I will use 2x4GB DDR3 1333 RAM, SATA storage interface, and will have a separate screen adapter.
Please let me know what you think and why.

While I am a fan of Gigabyte boards, the Gigabyte GA-PA65-UD3-B3 is a discontinued board. That doesn't make it bad, just questionable. The Intel board is available at retailers and is linked below...
