Hey everyone,
I'm building my first machine and im literally buy everything right now, all the tabs are open now
My question is, the motherboard im picking out says:
6 x DIMM, Max. 48GB, DDR3 2200(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/2000(O.C.)/1800(O.C.)/1600/1333/1066 Hz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory
Does that mean it will ONLY accept 1600 hz RAM but if you over clock it can accommodate for the speed or could I put some 2133 ram in (as my friend has some left over from his last build willing to give them to me) or would that not be compatible?
Thanks everyone
