Does having 3 hard drives slow down your computer

im having now 3 hard drives all of them sata
can that slow down my computer cpu and ram?

No, not at all.

However, the more hard drives you install, the more load it puts on the PSU so you need to make sure it's powerful enough in terms of output wattage.

A PSU which is only just able to supply what the entire system requires (and will therefore be running at it's maximum all the time) will soon fail.

As Phill22 stated, not a problem. I have four internal and two external hard drives and have no slow downs.

Unless of course, they are 3 slow drives to start with. If you are getting progressively slower, most likely you are way too fragmented and need to defrag your HDD.
