Parts Preferences: by brand or type: Love ATI Graphics, Nvidia is Okay, Love Intel, but ATI For budets :p 

Overclocking: Auto OC on i5/i7

SLI or Crossfire: Yes ( In the future )

Monitor Resolution: Does not matter, I will be using diff moniters, anywhere from 1200x1000 to 1900x1200

What do you intend to do with the system? For gaming, an i5-750/760 is more than enough. If you're doing something like 3D rendering, then you might want to go with an i7, though the 920 is old news...a 930 or 950 can be had for around USD$300.
