What does the scan below really mean?
Ran a test on my HDD and it shows errors, but not sure if that means it needs replaced or if it can be fixed.

The reason I'm asking is my computer stutters every now and then during gameplay. By stutter I mean it lags for a second.

Also some times I get a buzzing sound through my speakers and it causes the screen to freeze for a second as well.

It's been doing it for a while and I have ran a memory test with no errors and have checked CPU and GPU temps with no abnormal temperatures... So unless there's a way to check a graphics card for errors, then it's down to the motherboard/HDD.

With the "errors" shown below, thinking maybe it might be the HDD - unless it's normal to have that many/some at all.

Are you testing the same drive on which HDD Scan is installed?
If yes, that's not recommended. It's impossible to test a drive properly and get reliable results when the testing software is installed on that same drive.

You need to test your Windows hard drive with DOS-based testing software which loads from a bootable CD and therefore requires no installation. The links are here: http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=287
