Looking to buy a UV filter, Which is best...non coated, double coated or
multi coated? Also a good brand with a fairly reasonable price. Thanks

I find the Hoya multi-coated filters to be a good value--

I believe you will find that multi-coated is more or less standard. It
does a good job.

I suggest that buying based on the coating alone is not a good way to
judge the overall filter quality. The glass and the mount are also
important.

If you want the best bet B&W. They will cost more, but they are fine
quality.
