SSD Stops working after 2 to 5mins

I Got MUSHKIN CALLISTO DELUXE 60GB SSD
been using it from 1.5yrs now its stopped working
IF I DO COLD BOOT it Appears On BIOS and Right after reaching to WINDOWS 8 it stops working like DATA CABLE HAS BEEN PULLED OUT
i have checked and swapped data cables and power cables but nothing solved the issue
If its a FW ISSUE how can i upgrade my FIRMWARE as the drive TURNS OFF after 2 to 5mins

my pc specs are
i5 3570k
8GB RAM
ASROCK Z77 Ext 6
Mushkin callisto deluxe 60GB SSD
GTX 570
