DETAILS

So I am going to upgrade my GPU from my current one (Gigabyte HD 4850 512MB GDDR3) to PNY GTX 460 1024MB PCIe and I was wondering if my CPU would bottleneck my new GPU also that's the best o/c that could be done to my CPU and RAM.

3.76GHz is just too high i think, you will be fine with 3.5GHz, any speed above that wouldn't make different.

Anyway, your cpu won't bottleneck GTX460. Enjoy that card and happy gaming... :)
