Hi there!

I have a few questions I hope you can help me with!

With recommendations from inhere I build an HTPC about ½ year ago!

Now I want to do a "little" upgrade!

Motherboard: DH67CF
CPU: Core i5 I5-2500K

I can reuse the RAM I have.

2 questions I need answered.

1: As you can see it's a Mini ITX motherboard and the case I'm using is a Chenbro ES34069H so there's not alot of space. What heatsink sould I get?

2: The CPU has a build in Intel HD Graphics but can I watch 720p HD with that?

I really hope you'll help me with this!

I'm by no means an expert, but you should be able to play 720p videos with the integrated graphics (correct me if I'm wrong)

1. What's wrong with the stock cooling solution that comes with the retail packaged i5-2500K processor?

2. Intel Clear Video HD Technology handles up to 1080p high-definition playback.

Sounds great that the build in Intel HD Graphics can handle 1080p!

I just realised that the CPU came with a stock cooling solution. I give that a try!

Thank you both very much!

Just to add:
Every new cpu will come with a cooler otherwise the cpu would overheat and break. This would not sell well. They aren't of the best quality or very quiet but they do what they are designed to do.
