Overclocking with ASrock Extreme4 Gen3

Today I plan on overclocking my CPU after a month. I have the newest Extreme4 Gen3 mobo, the black one. I go to the BIOS and I access the UEFI Setup utility and go to the OC tweaker. I click the "Load optimized CPU OC Setting" menu, and it gives me a list of pre-determined speeds. Can I just choose one of the pre-determined ones and be done? Or do I have to manually do everything?

You can absolutely choose the pre-determined ones, but if you want to go above those limits you are going to have to manually do it.

Also, there is no guaranty that those settings will work, since every processor is slightly different. Those settings *should* work, but you may have to make minor tweaks.

I chose 4.4GHz and then manually changed my Vcore values to be on the safe side. Thanks for the help!
