Best Performing AM3+ board

Hi I am planning to replace one of my PCs components, Can any one suggest a performing AM3+ board. My preferences are.

1) Board from ASUS,Gigabyte and MSI only.
2) Overclocking support most important.
3) Highest support for Ram limitation.(at least 16gb to 32 gb)
4)USB 3.0 is not an issue.when 2.0 board have highest performance in other specs.
5)happy if there is UEFI
6)PCIe 3.0 or 2.0 any thing goes.
7) This is an over expectation but if there is a chance of Integrated Graphics it will help.

these are my preferences. and budget for board is $500. thanks.
