i want you please to check it for me if it is good or not

but what about throughput performance and spin up time and seek time performance?

It may be normal. You may just have a slow HDD (motor). What you want to do it track these numbers over time. Maybe look at them every week for a while, and see if the numbers are getting worse.

i have onother western digital hard drive which is instaled on the same system which its spin up time also 55 %
and i have a new western digital hard drive 2 tb i buoght it yesterday and also instaled
on the same system and its spin up time 83 %
so?
