my computer is AMD PHENOM II TRIPLE CORE PROCESSOR 4GB DDR3 512MB GRAPHIC CARD{MY QUESTION IS CAN I PLAY LATEST GAMES LIKE MAFIA 2 OR GT4.??????

It can play them. BUT it is a DX9 card so you will not have any of the DX10/DX11 features, Plus your frame rates will not be great. The 9800GX2 is = to a GTX460 ish
