Gigabyte bios modification

I have a Gigabyte G41mt-s2p motherboard, and a vt6421 sata card, any way to implant the rom file into bios?

tried but the editor say the image file i provide is not a valid bios, can open but some feature disabled, i inserted the rom file and saved it, but thye resulted is a corrupted file... i tried cbrom also, same result
