I have the above setup and have been running fine for about 9-10 months. Just recently, 2 weeks or so, I've been getting the following error upon boot "detecting drives; Done; None found" and it will auto reboot and get to windows just fine. I have tried to update the bios but when in Ez flash it notifies me that the file contains no update and does not continue. I am currently on 1101 I think is the number. And I have run out of ideas...

If you are booting into windows ok then what is the problem ? When you are in windows are all your drives listed in my computer ( XP ) or computer (win 7 ). You don't need to update the bios unless there is a specific problem that the bios update would fix. When downloading the bios it will tell you what that particular bios version fixes.

The problem is... The computer didn't do this for the past 8 months I've had it built, and nor should the computer be doing this regardless. Yes it works, but it doesn't work as it should so I am attempting to get light shed on this issue as I'd rather it be resolved and not just " oh it still works so whatever " but yes once into windows 7 it works fine and all drives are detected.

Still no helpful answer to my question and I even reinstalled windows and it still has the error.
