Clone HDD to SSD

I have a 1TB WD Green drive with almost nothing but win7 sitting on it (a small fraction of the drive is used). i found a 128gb Crucial M4 for dirt cheap and want to add it in as the OS drive. Can i "clone" whats on the HDD to the SSD and then wipe the HDD for media storage? if so what is the 3rd party cloning app i'm looking for... Thanks

I was to lazy to search the crucial site, but nearly every ssd manufacturer has a clone app for free on his site.
