Please help get my build to work!!

I can turn on my PC, but it won't boot up, I get no video output. The RED CPU Led stays lit on my P7P55D motherboard. I've tried just about everything I could think about trying to get this to work. First, I tried taking out separate things, like my harddrive, RAM, videocard, etc.. Then I tried a different power supply and a different videocard, but the cpu led was still red. So I assumed it was either the motherboard or CPU, and I RMA'd them, but I still have the same problem with the new motherboard and CPU. I've read through the manuals and made sure everything was plugged in correctly multiple times, and also made suer that I was grounded. The only thing I can think of is that it's not compatible, but from what I've read it should be.
