I'm using my old 400W MS industrial PSU,I allready spent all my money on a new board and CPU,so there isn't any for a new PSU.I currently the Sapphire HD 5670 graphics card,2.5 GB od RAM,one 160 GB HD,1 DVD/RW and upgrading my PC with AMD Phenom II 955 BE,so can my PSU handle this proccesor or should I wait and save more money for a branded PSU???

It should handle it with no problems whatsoever.I have a similar setup ,but my psu is 380w,but if you can find the exact psu product specs I can give you a more definitive answer.

The 5670 recommends a 400W, that usually factors in a high consumption from other components, which you do not have. The 955 is a 125W peak CPU, which isn't much considering there were many 140W CPU's out last year. If your current PSU is powering the system with the 5670 in it now, it shouldn't be a problem. I recommend that you take the PSU out of the case and give it a good cleaning with a can of compressed air while your replacing the CPU.
