Core i3 530@4Ghz or 2100

Hi guys,

My system desperately needs upgrading. Will the oc'd 530 be able to beat the 2100 or should i just wait for the 2100 to arrive?

Also should I go for a after market cooler for oc'ing 530???

uhh... I think thats a little bit too much for my budget. What is the average speed that I can get out of a H55 chipset (They seem to be relatively cheaper?!).
