No Boot or Beep... RAM

So I will let you know ahead i am assuming the board is bad, just wondering if any setting could cause this issue. MSI MB has 2 DDR2 slots, MSI says board can use 8GB. I have 2 2GB sticks. Now i can use one slot and not the other. Both sticks work fine by themselves in the left slot. Neither Stick works alone in the right slot. As a matter of fact any time anything is plugged into the right slot it dosnt boot, beep, nothing. powers up and fans kick on and nothing else.

Yes sounds like a bad board.
