Got around 500-600 euro to upgrade need help

Ok so i was thinking of getting a new gaming laptop but instead im gonna save some money and upgrade my desktop
here are my current specs
ati 4870 512mb
asus p5q motherboard
corsair 4gn ram 800mhz
380gb hard drive(gonna get at least another 500gb)
processor Q6600 2.40gh
have win 7
could possibly use new gaming keyboard if any recommendations

I asked what monitor do you use :) , if it's not full HD or you don't game in that resolution your current card is OK.

You can keep the CPU/mobo/RAM they're still very good and upgrade at the beginning of 2011, both Intel and AMD will release new sockets. For now you can get a more powerful video card like the HD 6870, or wait for the new AMD 6950/6970 series that are scheduled for later this month.

You can get a CPU cooler like the Cooler Master hyper 212 plus and OC the CPU to 3 GHz (see the overclocking subforum).

LE get the Samsung Spinpoint F3 500 or 1T.
