I7-950 OCing and cooling component?

Hey guys, I plan to OC my i7-950, but was wondering which cooling component will suffice if I want stable 3.5+ ghz OC's? I'm going to be running a gtx 570 which I also plan to OC, so needed some advice on if I should go a coolermaster hyper 212, or something better?

The hyper 212+ would handle it.
