Was in the Middle of COD Modern Warfare i m using a Mitsubishi 73" as my moitor. DVI to HDMI converter cable. Ati 4770 dual dvi out, windows 7, Ati Phenom, 8GB Mem,
i've played this machine with Halo and others with out Problems till now.
In the middle of making Adjustments to the Game Settings GREEN Screen happens and of course i cant get machine to operate at all as i cant see any Cues to Click On.
After a restart and attempting to change monitors A Dell monitor Says No Out Put From Computer, Is the Green Screen An Indicator of a Bad Video Card?

I would say that it most likely is a bad video card. Do you use the resolution that is compatible with the monitor? You may try to use different drivers and reseat the video card to make sure it didn't come loose in the slot. If it doesn't help, your card has probably broken.

P.S. I had two video cards that gone bad. Most likely due to a bad PSU that later failed. May not be your case though. So don't rush buying a new one. Just something to look out for.
