This is my preferred configuration,Does this have a good Value For Money.can i go for it or is there anything better than this for the same cost range..

What are you doing with the machine? Without knowing that, we can't help much.

The first two PSUs are POSs. Avoid them at all costs. I'd also highly consider getting 4 GB of RAM. RAM is pretty cheap these days, so it shouldn't add much to the cost. I'd also switch the HDD to the Samsung Spinpoint F3 500 GB (or 1 TB, as I've seen it around the same price) or Seagate 7200.12 500 GB. They'll be faster an roughly the same price.
