Advice on First Build (AMD)

I am building my first complete system. I am listing the core components I am planning to use. Any suggestions, tweaks,...ridicule?

System will be used for Adobe creative suite (Dreamweaver, Flash CS4, photoshop, etc running concurrently) as well as video encoding and editing. Also the occasional game...Crysis, Civ V, Fable III.
Thanks for any help!

  3. If you want any luck playing modern games well, I would go with 1gb of VRAM. It really makes the difference.

I'd hit 2 sticks of 4GB ram and no CF/SLI why pay a painful premium for a high end 16/16 CF 890FX mobo? 870 ftw ^^
  5. Yes the 870 kicks ass, i have one :3. Its got two PCI-E slots 1-16X and 1 4x but 4x is still plenty fast, most graphics cards don't use more than that much bandwidth. It was only $80 bucks i think.
