Will Noctua NH-D14 fit ?

Hey guys , I need your help ...

I'm not 100% sure if I buy a Noctua NH-D14 ( http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=productview&products_id=34&lng=en ), if it will fit on Gigabyte P55A-UD4 ( http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3239#ov ) . Also I have a HAF 922 ( http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6606 ) and added a 200mm side fan ( http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6474 ) . Will the Noctua fit on that mobo (which I am about to buy) and in my HAF 922 case with the side fan ?

It should fit in your case no problem.
The only thing i would concern myself with is how tall your ram is and how many dimms are filled.

Thanks for answering guys ... are you 100% that my side panel fan won't be a problem for the noctua ... nor would those silent pipes on the mobo ?
I have 2x 2gb Kingston hyperX 1600 XMP ( http://www.valueram.com/datasheets/KHX1600C9D3K2_4GX.pdf ). Thanks!

I can guarantee it will fit in the case I have the d-14 in a 922 with side fan on. just make sure your ram doesn't have huge heatsinks and you should be fine as you can see
