Noob needs help - 902 antec - replacing stock 955 cooler

i just built my first system...but the stock amd cooler is to loud.
im looking to replace the stock cooler.
whats most important to me is a quiet cooler with an easy installation. i will only be overclocking very mildly, if at all.
the hyper 212+ looks to be a pain to install....looking for something simpler to install.
