Having power up problem Dell 531s, removed PSU and tested Good. I cannot figure out what pins on MB to short out to manually start up. The power button is in a molded sealed module and I have 3 black shielded wire and a ty wraped bundle of single conducts. Does anyone know what pins on MB are for the power button?

Momentarily short the green wire to one of the black ones.
