Like for example, most Intel cpus can tolerate up to 105c, while most AMD cpus can only tolerate up to 60c. Why?

Does that mean that amd is superior in managing their product's heat emissions?

Or intel has higher chip quality that can tolerate higher temps?

Coz, 50c means close to overheating for AMD but cool for Intel.

It might have something to do with the reduced size of the manufacturing process there is more leakage. Also reduce the area of the die without reducing power, and you get higher heat density. And as for why Intel can handle more they use better silicon.
