WHICH USER ACCOUNT DO YOU WANT TO USE TO RUN THIS PROGRAM

Hello,
Before I try one of these solutions to the question "when I try to log onto the internet I get a dialog box titled "Run as" below that it asks, "which user account do you want to use" then there is a check box that is checked. it says "protect my computer from unauthorized use. *note, if you pick this optionyour programs may not work properly" But you can't log on withit checked, you have to uncheckit to open up the internet. I don't know how this box got there but how do I remove it? That is my question. Do any of the posted solutions really work
