Trying to use ssd and hdd help please

Hello,
i recently built my first computer but at the time didn't have the money for an ssd, so i waited a pay check and orded it later i reinstalled my os and this is where im confused i still have my old hdd connected but nothing on it works all im geting is error messages when i try to open things like steam and other games

also it appears my drivers are not being picked up either though i thought they where on the old hdd
