Good config needed??

I need a good config. Computer ranging around 350 $
No need for a Monitor,keyboard,mouse,speakers.

I think AMD series have a good VFM..

Purpose:
Play 1080p videos and some mid ranged Games.

Special Requirements:
500 GB HDD
DVD drive
2GB RAM (DDR3)
SATA III ( If it comes within my budget) else SATA 2
USB 3 ( If it comes within my budget)
T.V tuner card
5.1 audio Ports (must) or 7.1 ( If it comes within my budget)
HDMI port
Inbuilt Graphics (as i may upgrade to a decent GPU in the near future)
