A while back, I bought a Toshiba port replicator to dock my Portege 4010
laptop with. I'm ready for a new Toshiba laptop now, and wanted to know if
the newer Toshiba laptops would work with my existing port replicator.

Typically not. The newer laptops take different power supplies, have
different ports etc.. Now-a-days, you can simply use a USB port replicator
for most applications.
