Asrock fatality p67 profesional

i have asrock fatality p67 profesional

for the first time i bought the motherboard, one of the capacitor bent down....

but no problem with that

yesterday the motherboard die all of sudden

im trying to have rma to the main dealer

but they won't accept it,,,,

now im confused what i have to do......
