Can a Graphic card be damaged by x-ray ???

Hello,
I have ordered a MSI GeForce GTS250 card from the US . I wonder if the x-ray scanning damages the card or not . Coz last time I ordered a card and got it , it didn't work .

don't know the technicals of it; but i know my laptop has been xrayed at least 30-40 times in airports and it still runs just fine

It can but to do that it would be powerful enough to kill the operator near the machine. They put in those systems after the anthrax scare a few years ago. The body scaners will not only reduce your sperm count but also give you cancer if you were to visit the US so many of us here in the states don't fly.

Ok so I assume that it would be safe to get it scanned !!! Correct me if I'm wrong !
