Help with Phenom IIx4 965

I'm having problems with my system and after doing some research I've found that others got the same problem after overclocking (running a 6870 with CPU). The things is my system is brand new and I haven't change any settings. Settings on CPU-Z : Core Speed = 3415.4 MHz, Multiplier x 17.0 , Bus Speed 200.9 Mhz, HT Link 2009.1 MHz. Is this the wrong settings? If so, how to I change it to default?
