A q8300/e8400 with an msi g41m-34 oorrrr a phenom II 965

a msi g41-p34 motherboard with a q8300/q8400/e8400

or a BIOSTAR A880GU3 AM3 motherboard with a phenom II x4 965 processor?

oh, and i only have a micro atx case^^ and a (lets say) $200 budget hehe

The Phenom 965BE is the winner here. the E8400 would compete against it in games but not in the other tasks where the Q8xxx would compete against but loose in gaming.

is the biostar motherboard and the phenom capatible with each other? and would the gtx 460 work the motherboard too? because ive been reading about nvida having conflicts with amd boards?

Yes the board supports 125watt tdp (newer versions of 965) and there is no compatibility issue with nvidia card in a amd chipset board.
