Corsair H70 vs Cooler Master V10

I was wondering whether anyone would have accurate data on which of these CPU coolers performs the best?

Look up frostytech. They have a ton of hard data ready there.

The v10 is too big, too heavy and inefficient vs some other coolers. Why not get a prolimatech cooler instead? Costs less and pumps out better numbers.
