[Motherboard] need a recommendation for a new motherboard

My previous motherboard has recently died. It was an Asus m2n-e. I will appreciate a recommendation for a new one. My budget is between 100$ - 200$
I play games and watch HD movies on the pc.
My system specs are:
AMD athlon 64 x2 dual core 5200
Asus m2n-e
G.Skill DDR2 2GB
ATI Radeon HD4850
