GPU: XFX ATI Radeon HD 4890 1GB GDDR5
RAM: Corsair XMS2 DDR2 - 4GB
HD: Western Digital 320GB HD 7,200RPM

Asus M4A88T-V EVO/USB3 880G Socket AM3

I'd prefer an ATX motherboard.
CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 445 3.1 GHz - Socket AM3
GPU: XFX ATI Radeon HD 4890 1GB GDDR5

Looks good to me! I had the Asus M4A87TD-EVO motherboard before and quite liked it... the USB3 version was just about the same, and should work fine for you.

I'd be tempted to go for a Phenom II x4 955 if I were you, it would give you more of a feeling like you just upgraded...

The Asrock 870Extreme has a price cut and is currently the only 8/8 CFable 870 so i'd have a long look at that hehe
