Will my RAM still work in DIMM 2 and 4?

I just installed my Hyper 212 Plus CPU cooler, and the fan on it slightly pushes the RAM in DIMM1. Would it work if I were to move the RAM sticks from DIMM 1 and DIMM 3 to DIMM 2 and DIMM4?

No. It matters where you put your RAM so just leave it there. Should be fine as long it isn't making like a 45 degree on the ram
