Processor & motherboard comboo?

hello everyone, what would be a good motherboard processor combo for under $200 wothout overclocking?
will be used mostly for gaming, video rendering, photoediting, and video convertion?XD haha

my current specs:

msi g41m-p34
intel pentium dual core e6500 2.93ghz (not overclocked)
8gb g. skill 1066mhz ram 2x4gb
qcz fatal1ty 550w psu
evga gtx 460 1gb gddr5 720cc,1440sc,1800mc
160gb WD hd 7200rpm
500gb Samsung hd 7200rpm

*micro ATX case

something that would fit in an micro atx case, and something that would outperform my e6500/p34
system for only $200 max? hopefully intel

or just a processor upgrade would be fine^^

does that 12.5 multiplier mean its easier to oc?
