No display on GA-MA78GM-S2H

Please help me???
Recently I bought GA-MA78GM-S2H motherboard and AMD 2 PHENOMx4-940-"DENEB"-SOCKET AM2-3.0GHZ PROCESSOR BLACK EDITION. on the system properties says processor model is unknown.

I bought this for dual monitor.but I can`t get dvi or hdmi. only sub. I change the bios also.still problem same. for dvi port, I`m using convertor.
please help me.because I spend lot of money for this. .

Changed the bIOS? Was the old one previous to F7? If the board doesn't recognize the CPU, I would say the board is faulty. If you can't get the DVI or HDMI to work, that increases the chances it's the board.
